Experience : 2-5 years in Operation or Repair/Maintenance of Si/GaN/GaAs/MEMS device fabrication & Test equipment, eg. Plasma CVD/RIE, Sputtering, MBE, Lithography, Ellipsometry. Exposure to High Vacuum, Electrical & Electronic circuits, Gas Flow control instrumentation, Lasers & spectroscopy
